How many 3D assets can I get each month?
It depends on the size and complexity of your requests. Simple color swaps or label updates can be done quickly, while larger scenes or animations take a little more time. On average, new work is shared every 48–72 hours, so keeping your request queue full and giving quick feedback means you’ll see a steady stream of fresh renders each month.
What does “unlimited requests” actually mean?
You can queue as many modeling or rendering requests as you like. We’ll work through them one request at a time, delivering consistently without bottlenecks. Think of it like a conveyor belt of renders—keep feeding us ideas, and we’ll keep them moving.
Why not just hire a full-time 3D artist?
Hiring a senior 3D artist full-time can be costly—and you might not always have enough work to keep them busy. With Shot Shop, you get senior-level talent only when you need it, without the overhead. Projects ebb and flow. If you only need us for a couple weeks this month, just hit pause. We’ll stop billing immediately, and you can resume anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the upfront time and quality that goes into building each 3D model and render, we don’t offer refunds. But we do offer unlimited revisions until you’re happy.
What types of products do you work with?
Pretty much anything you can sell online—we’ve done everything from cosmetics and beverages to electronics and sporting equipment. If it exists in the real world (or even if it doesn’t), we can bring it to life in 3D.
